The king and I

So, I sat down to do a cartoon for this competition I heard about and I managed to kill the first drawing with the excess of details. No master craftsman I, for sure. With a sigh, I doodled the second one fast and was much happier as a result. I don't quite like being just the quick-sketch/idea man but one is what one is. *Sigh.*

The final color version you don't get to see because I was playing at being a craftsman again and it's partly sucky.
